The formulation brings together two well-established adaptogens and an amino acid. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic practice and is traditionally associated with supporting calm and resilience. It is included at 100mg per serving as a concentrated 10:1 extract.

Rhodiola crenulata (50mg, 6:1 extract) complements the ashwagandha. Traditionally used to support mental stamina during busy or demanding periods, it forms the second adaptogenic element of the blend.

L-Theanine (90mg) is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, traditionally associated with supporting a state of calm.
