Returns & Delivery Policy – Vitamia Limited trading as Vitamia Health

1. Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly after payment. Standard UK delivery is typically within 3–5 working days, though delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues. International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location.

2. Free Delivery Offers

We may offer free delivery promotions (e.g., for orders over a specified value). Such offers are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

4. Returns Process

To arrange a return, contact hello@vitamiahealth.com within 14 days. We will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, notify us within 3 days with your order details and photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return unwanted, unopened items for a refund and place a new order.

8. Subscriptions

You can pause, amend, or cancel subscriptions via your account at any time. If an order has already been processed, it will still be delivered.
